Located in the heart of Liverpool, adjacent to Lime Street Station, this impressive 1,100-bed student accommodation development stands as a major addition to the city’s skyline. Rising 21 storeys high, the building is designed to become a landmark destination, combining contemporary architecture with practical functionality to meet the growing demand for high-quality student living in the city centre. Scheduled for completion in June 2019, the development features a blend of cluster apartments and studio units, supported by extensive communal facilities designed for comfort, study, and social engagement.
Location
McAleer & McGarrity were appointed to deliver the full scope of mechanical services for this large-scale project. Our works included plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and the installation of combined heat and power (CHP) systems, ensuring energy-efficient performance throughout the building. The project highlights our capability to deliver complex, multi-storey mechanical installations to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency — contributing to one of Liverpool’s most significant modern residential developments.
