The SG1 Regeneration Project represents a major design and build transformation in the heart of Stevenage, Hertfordshire, spanning 14.6 acres of urban redevelopment. This ambitious scheme aims to revitalise the town centre, creating a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood with modern homes, retail space, and public amenities.
Phase 1A, located on the site of the former Swingate House and Car Park, marks the first step in this large-scale regeneration. Following the demolition of the original building, construction commenced on a new residential development comprising 261 contemporary apartments alongside a retail and commercial unit at ground level.
