PROJECT DETAILS
The Dockside development is a next-generation build-to-rent neighbourhood located in Leith, Edinburgh. The project will deliver 373 high-quality homes, including a mix of family and affordable housing, across four modern apartment blocks. In addition, the scheme will introduce 1.3 acres of new public realm, designed to enhance connectivity and community spaces within the area.
The development is being delivered in line with a comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, generating over £2 million in socio-economic value. This includes the creation of 60 local jobs and a targeted 55% reduction in operational carbon emissions — establishing Dockside as one of Scotland’s most sustainable residential communities once completed.

Located on a 2.5-acre site overlooking Albert Docks in the historic Docklands area of North Leith, Dockside enjoys a prime waterfront position close to the Ocean Terminal shopping and leisure hub. The scheme will feature an impressive range of resident amenities, including a fully equipped fitness centre, landscaped gardens, co-working spaces, and rooftop terraces offering panoramic views across the Firth of Forth and towards Edinburgh’s city skyline.
