Located in the heart of Manchester, this large-scale hospitality development showcases McAleer & McGarrity’s capability to deliver a comprehensive mechanical services package for a complex, multi-use building. The project comprises 320 high-quality bedrooms, along with a full range of guest amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, bars, restaurants, and a variety of meeting rooms and public spaces designed to provide comfort, efficiency, and style.
Location
Our team was responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of all mechanical systems, encompassing plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and energy management solutions.
