PROJECT DETAILS
Located in the heart of Belfast city centre, the Clarendon House redevelopment replaced a long-vacant 1970s structure with a modern nine-storey, 100,000 sq. ft. office building. Delivered as part of a £24.7 million regeneration project for Belfast City Council, the scheme provides contemporary, energy-efficient workspace adjoining the Council’s existing Cecil Ward Building.
McAleer & McGarrity were proud to deliver the full mechanical services package, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing installations, designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and performance.
Location
Completed in November 2016, the new Clarendon House stands as a key addition to the city’s modern office landscape — combining architectural quality with sustainability and functionality at its core.
