This prestigious seven-storey office development delivers nearly 250,000 sq. ft. of premium Grade A workspace within the heart of Edinburgh’s UNESCO World Heritage Site. The project comprises two interlinked office buildings, connected by a double-height link bridge and a striking central atrium spine that floods the interior with natural light while providing open views toward Calton Hill.
Replacing a former city centre car park, the development forms the first phase of the second stage of the New Waverley regeneration, a transformative mixed-use scheme designed to revitalise Edinburgh’s Old Town. The new buildings introduce a blend of modern design and heritage sensitivity, creating a workplace environment that supports innovation and collaboration within a historic setting.
